Terms of Use

The terms that govern your use of TYALO.

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TYALO app and this website (together, the "Service"), owned and operated by Anton Yankov, an individual developer established in Bulgaria ("TYALO," "we," "us"). TYALO is not operated by a separate registered company. The public geographic address for official correspondence is Al. Stamboliyski 18, 8000, Burgas, Bulgaria. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

These Terms are effective as of 17 July 2026.

1. Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 13 years old to create a TYALO account. If the law in your country requires you to be older to consent independently to the processing of personal data, you must meet that higher age requirement, or use TYALO only with valid authorization from a parent or legal guardian. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that happens under it. Let us know right away at hello@tyalo.app if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

2. The Service

TYALO helps you organize a digital wardrobe, generate outfits with Style Me, save looks to your Lookbook, evaluate potential purchases in The Fitting Room, read a Wardrobe Report, keep a wishlist in The Wanting, and personalize the app with Signature Collections. TYALO is available worldwide through the App Store. The Free plan includes a wardrobe of up to 10 pieces, 3 Style Me outfits a day, 5 saved looks, 3 Wanting items, 3 Fitting Room verdicts, the Ivory Collection, and a Wardrobe Report teaser. Premium removes these limits and unlocks the full Wardrobe Report and the six further Signature Collections. We may change the features or limits of the Free and Premium plans from time to time.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of the photographs and details you add to TYALO — your wardrobe items, Fitting Room shopping photos, and saved looks. By adding content to TYALO, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, process and display it back to you for the sole purpose of providing the Service. You are responsible for making sure you have the right to upload the photographs and content you add, and that they do not infringe anyone else's rights.

As described in our Privacy Policy, Fitting Room shopping photographs are processed temporarily, in memory, to produce your verdict and are not permanently stored.

4. AI-generated styling and shopping verdicts

Outfits composed by Style Me, insights in your Wardrobe Report, and verdicts given in The Fitting Room are generated by an AI system and are offered as stylist-style suggestions — not professional, financial, or purchasing advice, and not a guarantee of fit, quality, savings, or any particular outcome. You are solely responsible for the purchasing and styling decisions you make, whether or not you use TYALO's suggestions.

5. Premium subscriptions

TYALO Premium is an auto-renewing subscription purchased and billed entirely through the App Store. Pricing, currency, and any offer terms are shown on the App Store at the time of purchase and are not restated here. Your subscription automatically renews for the same term unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can view, change, or cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your iPhone. We use RevenueCat to verify your subscription with Apple and reflect your entitlement inside the app.

6. Account deletion does not cancel your subscription

Deleting your account in the app, from Profile → Delete Account, removes your active wardrobe, looks, Wanting, and Fitting Room history. As described in our Privacy Policy, limited copies may remain temporarily in protected backups until they expire under our normal backup lifecycle. Deleting your account does not cancel an active App Store subscription. To stop being charged, cancel your subscription separately through Apple, as described in Section 5, before or after deleting your account.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  1. Upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or that you do not have the right to share;
  2. Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service or its underlying AI systems;
  3. Use the Service to impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity;
  4. Use the Service in any way that violates applicable law.

8. Intellectual property

The TYALO name, logo, app, website, and their underlying software and design are owned by Anton Yankov or his licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use TYALO's branding except as necessary to use the Service as intended.

9. Availability, suspension and termination

We aim to keep TYALO available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Service. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, or modify or discontinue features of the Service, at our discretion. You may stop using TYALO, and delete your account, at any time as described in Section 6.

10. Warranty disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service, including any AI-generated styling suggestion or Fitting Room verdict, is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any AI-generated suggestion will be accurate, suitable, or achieve any particular result.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Anton Yankov and TYALO's licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Where liability cannot be excluded by law — including mandatory consumer-protection rights available to you under the law of your country of residence — TYALO's total liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted in that jurisdiction.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, let you know in the app.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria, without removing any mandatory consumer-protection rights you are entitled to under the law of your country of residence. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be resolved by the competent Bulgarian courts, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections available to you under the law of your country of residence.
