Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern the TYALO app and public website (together, the "Service"). The Service is operated by Anton Yankov, an individual based in Bulgaria ("TYALO," "we," or "us"), not by a separate registered company. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

These Terms are effective as of 2 August 2026.

1. Eligibility and account access

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. A higher local age requirement applies where required by law unless valid authorization is provided by a parent or legal guardian. TYALO supports Sign in with Apple and Sign in with Google. You are responsible for activity under your account and should contact hello@tyalo.app if you believe someone has accessed it without permission.

2. Current Service

TYALO provides a digital wardrobe, Add Item wardrobe analysis, wardrobe organization, Own Style manual outfit creation, Lookbook and saved looks, The Wanting, AI Premium Styling, Fitting Room verdicts, Wardrobe Report, and collections or themes where currently available.

Own Style is free and unlimited manual outfit creation. AI Premium Styling has included usage limits, and Fitting Room access has plan-based usage limits. Limits and availability may differ by plan and are shown in TYALO. Premium does not remove every provider-backed limit. Visual Atelier is Coming Soon for version 1.1; it is not currently available and is not a current Premium benefit.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of content you submit, including wardrobe images, item details, and looks. You grant TYALO a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, process, reproduce, and display that content only as needed to provide, protect, and maintain the Service. You must have the right to submit the content and must not infringe another person's rights.

Image handling, configured AI-provider processing, account-linked storage, and protected backups are described in the Privacy Policy.

4. AI-assisted suggestions

Add Item analysis, AI Premium Styling, Fitting Room verdicts, and wardrobe intelligence may use automated systems and third-party AI processing. Results are suggestions, not professional, financial, purchasing, or fit advice. They may be incomplete or inaccurate and do not guarantee quality, savings, compatibility, fit, or any particular outcome. You remain responsible for what you wear, upload, save, or buy.

5. Premium subscriptions

Premium is an auto-renewing subscription purchased through Apple. Your localized price, currency, billing period, taxes, trial or offer terms, and confirmation are shown in the Apple purchase sheet before purchase. The subscription renews under the terms shown by Apple until cancelled in your Apple account settings. TYALO uses RevenueCat to verify the entitlement with Apple and to support restoring an eligible purchase in the app.

Apple processes the payment and manages cancellation and refund requests under its applicable terms. Removing the app or deleting a TYALO account does not cancel an active subscription.

6. Account deletion

You can delete your account from Profile → Delete Account and complete the confirmation shown in the app. Active account data is deleted after confirmed account deletion. Protected backup copies may remain temporarily until normal backup expiration, as described in the Privacy Policy. Cancel an active Apple subscription separately in your Apple account settings if you do not want it to renew.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

1. Submit unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or unauthorized content;
2. Probe, scrape, disrupt, reverse-engineer, or misuse the Service except where applicable law expressly permits it;
3. Bypass account, plan, usage-limit, security, or access controls;
4. Impersonate another person or misrepresent an affiliation;
5. Use the Service in a way that violates applicable law or another person's rights.

8. Intellectual property

The TYALO name, branding, app, website, software, and original design are owned by Anton Yankov or the applicable licensors and are protected by intellectual-property law. These Terms do not grant a right to use TYALO branding beyond what is necessary to use the Service as intended.

9. Availability and changes

TYALO may maintain, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service, including plan features and usage limits. We aim to provide a reliable Service but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Access may be suspended or terminated where these Terms are violated or where necessary to protect the Service, users, or legal rights.

10. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. TYALO does not warrant that automated results will be accurate, suitable, or available without interruption.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Anton Yankov and TYALO's licensors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence.

11. Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated as the Service or applicable requirements change. The effective date will be revised when new Terms are published, and material changes may also be communicated in the app where appropriate.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria without removing any mandatory rights or remedies available under the law of your country of residence. Disputes will be handled by the competent courts where legally permitted.
